Todd Eachus, President

Todd Eachus first came to Ocean City in June 1963 at the age of 8 days!  Todd’s first job was in Ocean City. His family has owned property in town since the 1930s. 

Todd has spent his career in telecommunications policy and is currently the president of the Broadband Communications Association of Pennsylvania.  He spent 24 years with various leading cable and broadband providers.  He also worked as a legislative aide and press secretary in the U.S. House of Representatives. Todd is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, flying in S-3 Viking Aircraft, accumulating more than 2,000 hours of flight time and more than 400 carrier landings, which included service during Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He holds a bachelor’s degree from The George Washington University and is a graduate of the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.

Todd is the commodore of the Ocean City Marlin and Tuna Club, is on the President’s Advisory Committee at Thaddeus Stevens College, a board member of the Pennsylvania Press Club and a former School Board President at Marple Newtown School District.

Todd and his wife, Karen, split their time between their homes in Ocean City and Newtown Square, Pa.

 

Kim Styer-Gallagher, Treasurer

Kim and her late husband, Harry Michael Styer, developed Coastal Marine Piling, Inc, specializing in bulkheads, piers, foundation piling, and more. After Michael’s death, Kim, without hesitation, continued to operate the business which over the last few years has evolved and expanded. The company now carries a State of New Jersey Women’s Business Enterprise certification and can claim approximately 2,000 properties in Ocean City alone, as ones Coastal has been affiliated with. In 2021, Styer-Gallagher purchased the necessary equipment to re-launch Coastal’s water division. The company is now diversified, performing not only timber foundation piling but also helical piling, bulkheads, flood panels, boat lifts, floating docks and more.

Beyond work, she is the proud mother of three successful daughters and remains ever-present in their upbringing and scholastic focus, all the while encouraging her girls to swim. Swim booster was another passion for her. Always taking kids under her wing, she helped facilitate uniforms through tireless fundraising efforts and perseverance.

Kim now resides in Ocean City with her husband, Terence “T” Gallagher, a well-respected businessman himself. His knowledge and expertise surrounding the construction industry has further expanded Coastal’s success. Their blended family consists of eight children, including Gallagher’s two boys and three girls. The couple now operates Coastal Marine Piling, Inc. together, as it continues to build a legacy of excellence.

Brian Broadley, Vice President

Brian is the third generation president of his family’s residential plumbing, heating and air conditioning business, specializing in energy efficiency, Broadley’s MDI.

His grandfather emigrated from England in the early 1900s to work as a plumber, building the Flanders Hotel. He is a lifelong resident of Cape May County and Ocean City. He attended Upper Township Elementary, Ocean City High School, and Gettysburg College. He has worked in his family’s businesses since grade school.

He is the past chairman of Shore Health Enterprises, Shore Medical Center’s for-profit corporation, past member of Shore’s Quality and Safety Committee, a past director of the Ocean City Free Public Library Board, past co-chair of the Stainton Society, member of Habitat for Humanity of Cape May County, past president of the Ocean City Chamber of Commerce, past treasurer of the Exchange Club, and past treasurer of the United Way of Cape May County. He currently serves on the Ocean City Housing Authority.

He lives in Ocean City and and raised two daughters in town. He has a grandson.

Patrick Gill, Secretary

Patrick is a lifelong resident and part of the third generation of the Gill family residing in Ocean City. He lives in town with his wife, Melissa, and their three young children.

Patrick is the co-founder and CEO of their family business, which includes TackleDirect, Island Beach Gear, 10th St Wharf and various real estate projects. He spent four years on the Ocean City Planning Board and was the first chairperson of the Ocean City Environmental Commission.

He volunteers for several non-profit boards, including the American Sportfishing Association, John R. Elliott HERO Campaign, and the Hughes Center for Public Policy at Stockton University.

Patrick studied architecture at Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI. With over 26 years of business experience in eCommerce and leadership roles with a range of start-up ventures, established businesses and non-profit boards, Patrick offers a diverse range of entrepreneurial and civic insight.
